7 Days - Escorted Florida USA Coach Tour

If you fancy exploring the wonders of the Sunshine State but you don't want to drive yourself, then this tour is specially designed for you. Sit back and relax as you will see all the major sights in Southern Florida, from Miami Beach and the famous Florida Keys, to Orlando and the Kennedy Space Center, from the Everglades to Florida's Gulf Coast.

Day 1 Sat: Miami Arrival
Arrive Miami and make your own way to your hotel in Miami where you will meet your AmericanTours International escort between 14:00 and 20:00 hrs. Hotel: Holiday Inn Airport.

Day 2 Sun: Miami - Key Largo - Key West
On a short morning tour, see some of the main attractions of Miami and Miami Beach, including the Art Deco District. Then continue south to Key Largo. After leaving this town on the largest island of the Florida Keys, enter the famous Overseas Highway to enjoy the scenic views along the magnificent Florida Keys. Your destination is Key West, the southernmost city in the continental United States, a popular haunt of artists and writers. You may wish to visit the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum (admission not included). Hotel: Fairfield Inn by Marriott.

Day 3 Mon: Key West  - Everglades National Park - Naples
Continue along the Tamiami Trail to the Everglades National Park, a huge swamp-area of subtropical wetland famous for its alligators and countless species of birds. Take an exciting airboat ride and visit an alligator and reptile show before arriving on Florida's Gulf Coast (admission included). Hotel: Courtyard by Marriott.

Day 4 Tue: Naples - Venice - Sarasota - Tampa - Orlando
Depart Naples today and head north. You will pass through Venice, which since 1960 has been the winter headquarters of the famous Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus (admission not included). Continue through the town of Sarasota. Sarasota is one of the richest towns in the United States. Continue north to Tampa and stroll through the Old Latin Quarter known as Ybor City, notable for its unique architecture. Arrive in Orlando in the late afternoon. Day 5 Wed: Orlando
Spend the next two days at leisure exploring the entertainment complex of Walt Disney World Resort. Enjoy the fantasy-filled attractions of the seven lands of the Magic Kingdom. The futuristic Epcot provides a fascinating view of tomorrow's technology. Explore the nations of the world encircling the lagoon at the World Showcase. The Disney-MGM Studios reveal the mystery of movie-making along with the glitz and glamour of show business, or experience Disney's wildest adventure yet: Disney?s Animal Kingdom Theme Park (admissions and transportation to theme parks not included). Your tour guide will be on hand to assist with planning your activities.

Day 6 Thu: Orlando
Spend the full day at leisure exploring Orlando's myriad of attractions

Day 7 Fri: Orlando - Kennedy Space Center - Florida Gold Coast - Miami
This morning depart for Cape Canaveral for a visit to the Kennedy Space Center, home of America's space program (admission included). The tour of the complex takes you to the launch pad of the Space Shuttle and there will be time to explore the space museum before traveling south to vibrant Miami. Tour ends upon arrival in the late afternoon.
